About Manitoba

We have cold, we have snow, we have wide open prairies and we have endless sunshine, lakes, forests and a multicultural capital city, cultural festivals that celebrate our provinces diversity, beautiful beaches and unique northern experiences.  There are so many things to see and o in Manitoba that you are bound to find just what you are looking for when you come to visit.

Travel North of 53.  Unspoiled and rich in tradition, the North is a living portrait of the Aboriginal way of life.  Be captivated y the Northern Lights, an experience what has been balled one of the 'top 25 adventures of a lifetime.' Watch from the safety of a Tundra Buggy, polar bears in their natural habitat as they roam the coastline awaiting the freezing of the Hudson Bay or in the summertime hop into a canoe or put on your snorkel and come and see thousands of beluga whales arriving to feed in the waters of the Hudson.  You will be so close you can reach out and touch them!

Do you like to fish?  Over 10,000 trophy sized fish are pulled out of Manitoba waters every year.  Hiking, biking or paddling more your thing?  With over 75 Provincial Parks you can find extensive trail networks through valleys, lush forests and along one of the largest lakes in the world.  Maybe you just want to unwind....
