The Raven Haven Hostel is situated on the shore of Sandy Bottom Lake, just 20 kilometres away from Kejimkujik National Park.

The park offers 120 kilometers of marked trails for hiking, and canoes are available to explore the lakes and river systems. The region is one of the few wilderness areas remaining in Nova Scotia. Beautiful family beach area.
