Accommodation
HI-Toronto offers dormitory-style rooms with 4, 6, 8 or 10 beds as well as private rooms with two single beds or a double bed. Each room has an ensuite bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Beds, linens and blankets are provided to all guests.

IMPORTANT GROUP BOOKING INFORMATION
Hostelling International has extensive experience working with groups and we understand that groups need flexibility with their bookings. Please carefully review the following booking and cancellation policies to ensure a worry and problem free experience during your visit with us.
1. Reservation
Upon receipt of your information request, we will send you a reservation form to complete, sign and return to us as soon as possible. When we will receive it, we will block the beds, send you an invoice and ask you for a deposit to confirm the reservation.
2. Confirmation
A deposit corresponding to 50% of the total of the invoice is due upon reception of the invoice.
3. Payment
The balance of the invoice is payable 15 days before arrival date. You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or bu cheque (for Canada and USA only). We also accept payment by bank transfer upon request (only for payment from outside Canada and USA). We will send you a confirmation of payment.
4. Group Rooming List
Upon reception of final payment, we will send you a rooming list form to complete and return us as soon as possible. The list should specify first and last names, gender, and any specific rooming requests.
5. Cancellations & Changes
- Groups may cancel up to 30 days in advance of check-in with no penalty.
- Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellations made 15 days or less before check-in date are 100% non-refundable.
- A maximum of 10% reduction in group size is acceptable fifteen (15) days prior to the date of arrival. any request to increase the group size will be accommodated, subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to cancel any reservations not paid in full 15 days in advance.
- No shows will not receive a refund. We will hold the booking for the duration of the reservation, provided that payment has already been received as required.
