The Kananaskis 100 Mile Relay Race (K-100) is entering it's 25th anniversary as a major fundraiser for Hostelling International - Canada - Pacific Mountain Region. The pacific mountain region is part of the International Youth Hostel Federation's network of over 5000 hostels in more than 70 countries. Hostels provide affordable, quality accommodation and services for guests of all ages and nationalities. Alberta and BC hostels are ideally located for guests to enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities including cycling, hiking, and skiing.

Funds raised by the K-100 are used to maintain and develop regional hostels and fund special projects according to the organization's mandate.
