The snow is flying and the temperatures have dropped. It's winter in the David Thompson Corridor! We're excited and so should you be!

The David Thompson Corridor is a peaceful and inviting area waiting to be discovered.  Offering just a little more peace then the Parks and a little more breathing room, the David Thompson Corridor has it all. While you're here, enjoy cross-country skiing, ice fishing, snowshoeing, or try your hand at ice-climbing on our very own ice wall. You might even get a chance to see some of the amazing wildlife the area has to offer. Believe me, you'll at least see a deer!

Groups
Calling all groups! Shunda Creek Hostel and the surrounding area is a hot spot for groups. It's the perfect place for hiking and all group activities with a little less competition than in the Park and no fees to pay. You can even rent out the entire hostel! If your group loves the great outdoors, we guarantee they'll love the David Thompson Corridor and we're only a few hours' drive from Edmonton. So come and get out of the city!
