• Take a hike! We have local trail information available at the Front Desk.
• Go for a Polar Bear Dip in one of our glacier fed lakes.
• Visit the Lake Louise Information Centre. It's way more interesting than it sounds.
• Check out the world famous views of Lake Louise and Moraine Lake.
• Curl up next to the fireplace in the lounge or go authentic with the fire pit outside.
• Start a jam session outside or in one of our lounges.
• Simmer in our dry sauna. Sorry, garments are mandatory.
• Break out the camera and take a 1,001 more photos to add to your Facebook album.
• Pack a picnic and relax on the shores of the Bow River.
• In the summer, check out the Interpretive Program at the Lake Louise Campground.
• In the winter, sign out a pair of snowshoes from the Front Desk and go exploring.

• Enjoy the world famous food and service at Bill Peyto's Cafe.
• Go whitewater rafting on the Kicking Horse River. Discounted tickets are available at the Front Desk.
• Rent a mountain bike or touring bike at Willson Mountain Sports. Be sure to show your HI membership for a discount!
• Rent a canoe at Lake Louise or Moraine Lake.
• Go horseback riding.
• Get a fishing license and go trout fishing.
• Hire a guide and go for the ultimate hiking experience.
• In the summer, take a ride on the Lake Louise Gondola and see the ultimate Rocky Mountain panorama. Discounted tickets available at the Front Desk.
• In the winter, ski or ride the largest ski resort in the Canadian Rockies, Ski Louise. Discounted ski tickets available at the Front Desk.
• In the winter, rent a pair of ice skates and take a glide on Lake Louise. Watch out for the ice castle!
