Golfing

• Two local courses to choose from whether you are a beginner or  advance.  Please note: you DO NOT need a certificate to play golf in Canada:
  1. Sunshine Golf  Course in Chase is  a perfect course  for beginners.  $18.00 for 9 holes and $28.00 for 18.  Club and cart rentals available
  2. Talking Rock  Golf  Course is  a scenic championship course with an academy teaching course.  The Golf course is at the native run hotel, Quaaout Lodge, only 4km from hostel.

Winery and Brewery Tours

• Two local wineries, Recline Ridge and Granit Creek are open daily in summer.  Try the local ice wine and have a picnic on site.
• Crannog Ales is Canada's only organic micro-brewed and on-farm brewery.  Tours by appointment.  Only 6km from hostel.
  

Whitewater Rafting Package

• Adam's River Rafting: Contact hostel for rates
• Package includes one night accommodation and one rafting trip (aprox. 1 1/2 hours) on the Adams' river.  

  Horseback Riding Package

• $50.50 for members and $54.50 for non-members
  
• Package includes one night accommodation and one hour of riding.
